Futsal sessions (indoors) for players in years 3

Futsal is a great way to improve ball control, skills, passing and movement. Groups will be small and matches will be 4 aside, so players will get lots of touches of the ball.

Sessions will consist of 20 minutes warm up with a ball, (ball mastery) and fun games to practice their skills and 35 minutes game time.

Sessions are indoors, so players will need:
- trainers or astro trainers
- shin pads
- Goalkeeper gloves
